Baked good: solution #7


Mmmm, baking. So nice to feel wound up and direct that energy somewhere, to create a treat with your own hands that has less than five ingredients, tastes goods, and feels good to make. This seems especially effective with recipes that are simple and familiar, so that the experience of baking is seamless with the "testing" of finished baked GOODS at the end. Scones, spice cake, oatmeal cookies, soda bread, shortbread.
